Privacy Policy
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone and billing address.
- Business content you send for your website: logo, photos, text, menus, prices and hours.
- Account access you share so we can launch or look after your website, such as domain or hosting logins.
- Payment information is entered on Stripe’s secure checkout. We see the amount, date and the last digits of the card or bank account, never the full card number.
- Basic technical data when you visit this website, such as your IP address and browser, which our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- To talk with you, prepare quotes and designs, and build and look after your website.
- To take payments, send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
- To send care-plan reports and service messages. We do not send marketing without your permission.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services we use to run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Stripe: payments, invoices and the customer portal.
- Cloudflare: hosting for our websites.
- Google: email (Gmail) and the fonts on this website.
- Tools we use to make your website, such as design and image services, receive only the content needed for your site.
- When the law requires it, for example a valid legal request.
Information is shared by secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) or through these services’ own systems.
5. How we protect it
- Our accounts use strong passwords and two-step login.
- Logins you share are kept private, used only for your website, and you can change them at any time. We recommend changing them after launch.
- Card details are handled by Stripe, which meets the PCI DSS payment security standard.
6. How long we keep it
We keep project files and messages while we work together and for up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing proprietor.studio@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
8. Websites we build for you
Messages sent through the forms on your website go to you. You are responsible for how your business uses those messages and for your own website’s privacy notice. We can add a privacy notice to your website on request.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
